examples of how my fritzy-ness lately:
Wendesday afternoon:
Craig: I'll see you after the tour.
Me: i'm giving a tour today?
Craig: Yes....
[being reminded to be somewhere on time by Craig is like being reminded to eat lunch by Sam]
later:
Me: Well, we could study for Physics tommorroww.
Angie: I can't, I have a different final Friday.
Me: Now that you mention it, i do too. Hm.
other random things overheard in the Geology building lately:
while examining uraninite sample:
Student: Could the radiation hurt us?
Prof: Only if you strapped it to yourself for many years.
later:
Prof: I think I'll make a uraninite belt. I'm tired of swimming uphill.
visiting speaker on climate change:
It's hard to migrate with a parking lot in the way.
while discussing the 20s:
Do you have chest hair? *checks* You MUST cross-dress!
Well anyway, all i have left this semester is the physics final Monday & geobiology final Thursday. My dad hasn't been home when i've called, so i'm not sure when i'll actually get back to EC. My mom called me this morning whilst i was still sleeping, i think she said she'd be willing to pick me up any day but Thursday, so i'm thinking about asking to take the geobiology final early, since all i have going on T&W is a few tours, i can easily get that bit o' studying done. Are you still pretending to be fascinated by my writing? Good! The other exciting thing in my life is that i sold some textbooks so i have enough money to buy food. Amazing. I can't wait to eat some cheese, all i've had all weekend is beets and carrots. Not that they're bad, but i'll never understand what posessed me to buy several cans of beets.
